What You'll Do

As a Kitchen Manager, you will own the heart of our operation—the kitchen.

Lead and develop the team by coaching, training, and holding high standards
Drive food quality and consistency with excellence in every order
Ensure food safety and cleanliness at the highest level
Manage kitchen systems and execution during high-volume shifts
Build a strong, positive culture that values teamwork and accountability
Develop future leaders by investing in and mentoring team members
Partner with leadership to improve systems, speed, and accuracy

Kitchen or restaurant leadership experience is a plus—but not required for the right leader.
