Position Responsibilities Complete folder/gluer make‑readies efficiently and safely Operate folding/gluing equipment while maintaining high quality standards Produce quality cartons for high‑end retail and consumer packaging Perform quality inspections throughout production runs Work with Leary Gluing Systems and related inspection systems Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting Communicate effectively with press, die‑cutting, and finishing departments Help support production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards Equipment Experience Preferred Experience with any of the following equipment is highly valued: Bobst Equipment Bobst Domino 90 / 110 / 136 / 143 Bobst Media Bobst Alpina Bobst Masterfold Bobst Visionfold Other Folder/Gluers Jagenberg Diana International Royal Similar folding carton converting equipment Candidates with related converting, finishing, packaging, or mechanical production experience are also encouraged to apply.
