Assembler Position

Start immediately

$20/hr - $22.25/hr, weekly pay

Description:

Operate tools, equipment, and assembly processes in accordance with provided work instructions, and apply experience to perform tasks with limited or no instructions when needed.
Assist in creating or refining work instructions and documentation when existing guidance is incomplete or unavailable.
Follow standard work procedures, quality policies, and customer specifications to ensure products meet required standards.
Monitor personal work output for quality and accuracy, and communicate effectively with supervisors, escalating issues or concerns when necessary.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and labor tracking records, ensuring all work hours and activities are properly documented.
Record and manage inventory usage, scrap, and quality data in line with established process documentation requirements.

Pay & Shift:

1st shift- 5:45am-2pm Monday-Friday $20-21/hr

2nd shift- 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday- WILL TRAIN ON FIRST SHIFT FOR THE FIRST FEW WEEKS! $20-22.50/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mundelein, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
