Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the psychosocial needs of students.

• Take an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to ensure targeted support.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, contributing to team meetings to discuss clients' progress.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to students, using evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and school personnel to build a network of support around each student.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in practice.

• Facilitate support groups for students and families to enhance community resources and resilience.

• Actively participate in professional development and training, keeping abreast of best practices in the field of social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, working closely with their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• You must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with families and educational staff.
