Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, encompassing crisis and pre-crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.

• Complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies, in collaboration with the clinical team, to evaluate client needs appropriately.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to implement and adjust positive behavior support strategies, enhancing the treatment process for clients.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state and local agencies, and community partners to advocate for our clients’ needs.
\n
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and further the mission of Beverly Wellness Care.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies as well as private organizations to identify new partnerships and funding opportunities.
\n
• Participate in professional growth opportunities such as conferences, workshops, and relevant committees to enhance your expertise in mental health.
\n
• Promote the agency’s values and philosophy through your work and be an active participant in team discussions and decision-making processes.
\n
• Perform additional related duties as requested by the Clinic Director to support the organization’s mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients including individuals struggling with emotional issues, substance use disorders, developmental challenges, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n
