About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Operations to be a pivotal executive leader in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction across a significant portfolio of senior living communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic oversight, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators. This role demands a highly collaborative leader with a people-first philosophy, capable of fostering a culture of servant leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement. The SVP will also be instrumental in executive collaboration, talent development, and leading growth and strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' progressive operational leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a multi-site service organization.
