Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to obtain Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits at a cost covered by the organization.

• Collaborate with our clinical team to enhance treatment outcomes and participate in optional monthly peer group meetings for professional support.

• Utilize community resources and recovery support options like AA or SMART Recovery, and guide clients in integrating these into their treatment.

• Minimize administrative burdens by leveraging our team’s support for billing and paperwork, enabling you to focus solely on client care.

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals seeking support in managing their alcohol use, ranging from those pursuing moderation to those who require complete abstinence. Your role will involve understanding and respecting their personal goals while integrating harm-reduction strategies into your treatment approach. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in the state of California.
