Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying strengths and resources that can support their recovery journey.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and outline effective interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and maximize client outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal standards at all times.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
