Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time
Location: The Elms Center, Milford, NH

Up to $57 per hour , based on shift and experience and employment type

Registered Nurse (RN) Open Shifts;

• Evening Shift 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M Monday - Friday, with On Call once a week and every 5th weekend

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and document resident progress and condition changes

• Support residents with daily living needs and emotional care

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent outcomes

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor

• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required
