Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Kalamazoo, MI

Pfizer seeks a Cardiovascular Specialist to drive sales and customer engagement in assigned territory, promoting breakthrough therapies for cardiovascular conditions. The role combines field-based relationship building with virtual customer engagement, requiring strong sales acumen, disease state knowledge, and compliance expertise.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth in assigned territory through strategic account management and relationship development
- Engage customers face-to-face and virtually to identify business opportunities and maximize effectiveness
- Develop and execute territory call plans and engagement strategies aligned with customer needs
- Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and disease state information using approved materials
- Collaborate across internal teams to address customer inquiries and support Pfizer business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Associate's with 6+ years, or high school with 8+ years)
- Minimum 2 years professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or healthcare/scientific role experience
- Valid US driver's license with compliant driving record
- Reside within 25 miles of assigned territory (Kalamazoo, MI region)
- Preferred: 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales/marketing experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of cardiovascular disease states and relevant customer markets
- Preferred: Track record of sales or territory management success
Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base annual salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
