Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - San Jose, CA

Pfizer seeks a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive sales and business development in an assigned territory, focusing on migraine therapy promotion. The role combines in-person and virtual customer engagement with strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and revenue in assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory call plans using live and virtual engagement strategies
- Build customer relationships and rapport in both in-person and virtual settings
- Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions using approved clinical and disease state information
- Analyze internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Associate's degree with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years)
- Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, customer service, account management, healthcare, or education
- Valid US driver's license and compliant driving record
- Reside within 25 miles of territory border
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of neuroscience disease states and relevant customer markets
- Strong sales track record with demonstrated territory management skills
Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base annual salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
