Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Palm Springs, CA

Pfizer seeks a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive sales and build customer relationships in an assigned territory focused on migraine therapies. The role combines in-person and virtual engagement strategies with product education and business development in the neuroscience field.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth in assigned territory through customer engagement and account management
- Develop and execute territory call plans using both in-person and virtual engagement strategies
- Build and maintain customer relationships while leveraging digital tools for effective communication
- Educate healthcare providers on product value and disease state information using compliant, clinically-oriented resources
- Analyze internal reports and data to identify and implement strategic business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 6+ years experience or high school diploma with 8+ years relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, customer service, account management, healthcare roles, education, or military
- Valid US driver's license compliant with company standards; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
- Reside within 25 miles of assigned territory boundaries in Palm Springs region
- Preferred: 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience
- Preferred: Strong sales track record, territory management, and demonstrated leadership and accountability
Compensation: $76,000 - $199,600 annual base salary plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
