Cardiovascular Specialist, Health and Science Professional - Baltimore, MD

Pfizer seeks a Cardiovascular Specialist to drive sales and customer engagement in an assigned territory. The role involves promoting breakthrough therapies to healthcare providers through in-person and virtual engagement, leveraging product knowledge and strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and relationship development in assigned territory through strategic account management
• Engage customers face-to-face and virtually using approved digital tools and platforms
• Develop and execute territory call plans with live and virtual engagement strategies
• Educate healthcare providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions using compliant materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address customer needs and advance business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Associate's with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years)
• Minimum 2 years in professional sales, marketing, customer service, account management, or relevant healthcare roles
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; reside within 25 miles of territory
• Strong customer engagement, analytical, and communication skills
• Product and disease state knowledge with ability to educate healthcare providers
• Preferred: 1+ year pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical sales experience
• Knowledge of territory customers, markets, and applicable disease states

Compensation: $76,000–$199,600 base annual salary, plus quarterly sales incentive bonus
