Responsibilities Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities. Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions. Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies. Review existing coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families. Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications Active Life & Health insurance license (required). Previous insurance sales experience (required). Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic. Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.
