Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through video conferencing, using standardized tools to understand each client's unique concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adeptly applying evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.

• Offer urgent crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute symptoms or emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and resilience-building strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic client records, ensuring all documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for clients, coordinating treatment strategies that address both mental and physical health needs.

• Empower clients and their families with education about mental health issues, guiding them in understanding therapy concepts, treatment options, and community resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, webinars, and mentoring opportunities to stay current with industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse adult and adolescent population facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and stress management. You will work closely with clients from different backgrounds, respecting and valuing their individual narratives and cultural contexts to tailor effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, demonstrating a solid understanding of mental health development and treatment methodologies.

• At least two years of relevant post-licensure experience working as a mental health counselor or therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
