Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position helps bring marketing plans to life through coordination, content execution, and cross-functional support.The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while contributing to brand growth, retail performance, and customer engagement.What You'll Do (Personnel Duties, Authority, and Responsibilities)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other responsibilities and projects may be assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and eventsSupport product launches, promotions, and brand activationsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiativesHelp maintain brand consistency across all marketing channelsCreate and manage content for social media, email marketing, and digital platformsCoordinate with creative teams to organize and maintain content assetsProvide light graphic design support for day-to-day needs, including simple flyers, digital assets, and basic marketing materials (if applicable)Support community engagement efforts, including social interaction and influencer coordinationAssist with in-store activations, merchandising, and promotional executionSupport coordination of retail partner initiatives and timelinesHelp execute vendor days, events, and retail programsAssist in training support materials for budtenders, staff, and partnersSupport planning and execution of trade shows, events, and community activationsCoordinate event logistics including timelines, materials, and on-site setupRepresent the brand at events and assist with customer engagementConduct market and consumer research to identify trends and opportunitiesTrack and report on campaign and channel performance metricsCollect customer and retail feedback to support marketing insightsMaintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackersCoordinate cross-functional workflows with internal teams and external vendorsSupport organization of marketing materials, product information, and content librariesAssist in managing deliverables, deadlines, and day-to-day marketing operationsWhat You Bring (Qualifications)Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred1–3 years of marketing, coordination, or related experience in a cross-functional environmentStrong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and editingStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with social media platforms, content creation, and community managementFamiliarity with influencer coordination and digital engagement strategiesBasic understanding of marketing analytics and performance trackingExperience with packaging, print, or product development is a plusGraphic design experience is a plus, but not requiredExperience working in regulated industries (cannabis preferred) and ability to navigate compliance requirementsAbility to acquire and maintain a Facility Agent Card (if applicable)Passion for the cannabis industry and understanding of its unique market dynamicsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general marketing toolsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teamsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
