Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement individualized therapeutic strategies to address the unique needs of clients, conducting thorough assessments to evaluate their mental health status.

• Provide a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches, ensuring evidence-based practices are prioritized.

• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans that address various aspects of client well-being, leveraging the expertise of diverse professionals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and best practices in client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will support a wide array of clients, from individuals dealing with emotional challenges and interpersonal issues to families facing substance use recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
