Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to maximize patient outcomes.

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Must possess state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification is preferred.
