Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals through guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff, nurturing their skills and promoting best practices in therapy.

• Engage actively with administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the clinic, including oversight of scheduling, patient records, and billing processes.

• Develop and implement a targeted marketing plan to promote our services and enhance community outreach and engagement.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and agencies to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, advocating for their needs and facilitating referrals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with state laws and organizational policies.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is essential, along with up-to-date knowledge of supervision guidelines pertaining to these licenses.

• At least two (2) years of experience in mental health counseling, emphasizing crisis management and therapeutic techniques.
