Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, evaluating how co-occurring medical conditions impact each patient's mental well-being.

• Design and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical concerns, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methods tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Engage in collaboration with medical providers, creating a coordinated care strategy that fosters effective treatment outcomes for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing techniques and interventions to de-escalate situations effectively.

• Educate patients on the relationship between mental health and physical health, equipping them with tools to manage their conditions proactively.

• Maintain confidential and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, contributing to the integrity of patient records.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning discussions, sharing insights and best practices.

• Continuously engage with current research and advancements in integrated care, bringing evidence-based practices into daily routines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Proven experience addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, demonstrating your ability to work with diverse patient populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and team members alike.
\n
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and computer applications for effective documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a Bachelor's degree, we encourage applicants with advanced degrees and specialized training in integrated care or those with significant experience working in outpatient settings to apply. Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
