Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, using standardized tools to evaluate mental and emotional health while considering co-existing medical conditions.

• Design and implement integrated treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of patients, addressing both psychological and medical issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to provide coordinated care that ensures optimal patient outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as necessary.

• Educate patients on the link between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them to adopt proactive strategies for managing their conditions.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records that comply with HIPAA regulations and our organization’s ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences to share insights and develop integrated care strategies.

• Stay informed about recent research and best practices in the field of mental health and integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges and co-occurring medical conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune diseases, and substance use disorders. As part of our team, you will provide compassionate care, working with patients to develop the tools they need to navigate their unique challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Washington State.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Capacity to maintain professional boundaries and a deep commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
