However, occasional in-person consultations may be required at our hospice center in Longview, Washington. Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and nursing staff, to formulate comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments.
