Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients at various stages of their cancer journey.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing an integrative approach that may combine traditional methods with alternative therapies.

• Provide individual, couples, group, and family therapy sessions, offering a mix of in-person and remote counseling tailored to clients' preferences and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, adapting as necessary for individual client circumstances.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both mental and physical health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with cancer patients throughout their treatment continuum—addressing emotional and psychological challenges from initial diagnosis, through treatment, into survivorship, and end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
