Key Responsibilities\n

• Employ various psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.

• Monitor client progress and responses to treatment through data-driven methodologies, adjusting therapeutic approaches based on real-time feedback and outcomes.

• Comfortably manage crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention as needed.
\n
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients across a range of mental health disorders.

• Document client interactions and treatment sessions accurately in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Maintain a high level of engagement with clients through regular follow-ups, including weekly and biweekly sessions, and collaborate closely with case management for comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), grief, and various trauma-related challenges. Your empathetic and holistic approach is essential in creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and motivated to work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
