General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a PROPOSAL WRITER Expert (Part Time On Call) to develop, plan, and write compliant, compelling proposal content for federal contracts. You’ll collaborate with Capture Managers and Proposal Managers to craft win themes and discriminators across the enterprise.
In this role you’ll serve as Volume Lead or Lead Writer for management sections, gather past performance data with SMEs, edit materials for accuracy, and participate in color team reviews.
