Proposal Manager

Provides direct support to sales efforts by managing the delivery of discrete deliverables to clients as well as providing leadership, assistance and advice to Sales pursuit teams from initial engagement contact through award. Works with cross-functional organizations to create compelling, compliant and thorough offers.Overall Responsibilities Provides support for NTT DATA Services opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the pursuit. The PM is a core pursuit team member and contributes to the development of the deliverable(s) with specific focus on timelines, compliance with client requirements, and quality Provides direct project management support to sales opportunities Provides leadership and advice to sales pursuit teams based on experience and our best practices Manages the proposal document tracking and assignment plan (PDP or Dashboard) that specifies which documents must be created, along with the designated owner, author, and reviewer Manages the proposal workstream end-to-end: proposal meetings, review sessions, content creation, editing, graphics, submission efforts and post-mortem activities Manages the team efforts and the cooperation between all team members to extract the best out of each pursuit team member Tracks the progress of the proposal documents throughout the iterative authoring, reviews, and edit process via the PDP or Dashboard and escalates any potential missed deadlines to the BD Works to coordinate the production and shipping so the proposal can be produced and delivered to the client on the due date, in the required format Leads a writers’ workshop (review of the PDP or Dashboard), during the Kick-off session, to cover the specific requirements for RFx compliance Makes sure that the right documents are ready for submission at the right time with all required reviews done Applies proposal best practices as appropriate for the opportunity Participates in Pursuit Best Practices as appropriate for the opportunity Creates and manages a SharePoint site for each opportunity which includes the contents and the structure of the site, as well as key information regarding the opportunity Creates the response templates in alignment with the client requirements Pre-populates the response templates with as much solution standard content as possible (~70-75%) Formats response documents (formatting is the responsibility of PM) in alignment with client requirements and NTT DATA branding. The formatting should be done continually as content is added. The Editor will double check the formatting and make minor corrections, but it is not their role to format all the response documents Provides clear instructions to graphics and editing on requirements coming out of messaging calls and client requirementsPosting Date:Department: -
