Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with an organization in Oklahoma City who seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner to site leadership. This is a high-impact role for an HR professional who enjoys influencing business decisions, developing talent, and driving organizational performance in a fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives Support operational performance through workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement strategies Coach and develop leaders across all levels of the organization Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address challenges Lead employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives Drive talent management processes, including succession planning and leadership development Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence Maintain a strong presence within the operation and build trusted relationships across the workforce Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within a manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or related operational environment Strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development Experience partnering with business leaders to drive workforce and operational results Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements Experience utilizing HRIS systems, reporting tools, and workforce analytics Proven ability to influence leaders, manage change, and drive business outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr
