Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Perform thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized, culturally sensitive treatment plans guided by clinical best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools to empower clients in achieving their goals and managing their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists—to ensure holistic care and support for each client.

• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards in line with HIPAA regulations.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various backgrounds facing challenges in areas such as relationships, family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
