About the job Rutherford is exclusively partnered with a global fund managing over $100 billion in AUM, seeking an Attorney to join its New York team. The role will focus on legal and regulatory matters for a new business line within their credit team.

Responsibilities
- Provide legal and compliance advice on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of structured finance/credit transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts, including transaction documents such as indentures, credit agreements, and offering documents
- Coordinate with external counsel and other advisors as necessary
- Work closely with the business and senior Investment Officers to identify and manage legal and compliance risks
- 3 - 7 years of practical legal experience within a top law firm.
- Strong structured finance, securitisation or broader credit background
- Strong package and benefits available.
