Registered Nurse Medical Surgical/Tele

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Participate in holiday rotation schedules, working three of six designated holidays.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to strict facility policies, including no-call policies and compliance deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid TN state license or compact multi-state license required at submission.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  
  
• 
  Hold current BLS, ACLS, NIH, and CPI certifications (MAB accepted in lieu of CPI).
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate capability to work in a secured forensic and inpatient environment.
  
  
• 
  Ability to float to different units, including ICU, forensics, and Med/Surg/Tele.
  
  
• 
  Must submit a current Nursys report with an active license.
