Stock Plan Administrator

To manage the day-to-day administration of equity programs, the full-time Stock Plan Administrator will oversee the full equity lifecycle including grants, vesting, option exercises, and ESPP purchases while operating in a well-established SOX control environment, collaborating closely with Payroll, Legal, HR, and Accounting in a remote-eligible role. Key responsibilities Administer all equity plan activities in Equity Edge Online, including processing RSU/PSU grants and stock option exercises Execute SOX compliance controls and prepare stock-based compensation reporting while supporting internal and external audits Serve as the primary point of contact for employee equity inquiries and drive process improvements for equity administration Required qualifications CEP Level 1 certification required; full CEP designation is a strong plus 3+ years of stock administration experience at a public company, with hands-on knowledge of RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and stock options Proficiency in Equity Edge Online, including reporting and processing Strong Excel skills for data reconciliation and reporting Working knowledge of SOX controls and equity taxation related to stock compensation
