Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional in an educational setting

• High school diploma or GED required; additional educational coursework or certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and individualized learning plans
• Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students
• Support students with academic, behavioral, or physical challenges under teacher or specialist guidance
• Reinforce lessons and provide one-on-one or small group instruction as needed
• Monitor student progress and encourage positive behaviors
• Prepare classroom materials, help organize activities, and support students during transitions
