If you're ready to bring your unique perspective to a place where your work truly matters; think of Gallagher.The VRC Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day VRC operations by performing administrative tasks, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns ensuring high quality member service. This team member will optimally support the member interactions from start to finish, which may include identification verification; updating or confirming demographic information, ensuring all forms and waivers are up to date, and answering a high volume of calls. This role is budgeted at $50k and requires the ability to work on site 5x a week within 50 miles radius of San Diego Satellite office.How you'll make an impact:Support VRC member experience, operations, and managementEnjoy working as a part of a highly collaborative teamSchedule and coordinate member appointments, meetings, classes, consults, and department communication as neededProviding a proactive approach to customer service by listening to the member, taking ownership of solutions and escalate issues as appropriate to resolve concernsDay of event support by checking in members, event set-up, event breakdown, and group rotationsProvides high quality service to a variety of members over the telephone, email and in-person encompassing both verbal and written communicationAssist members in database registration, completion of initial paperwork including consent/release forms, resource referralsPrioritized assigned projects ensuring deadlines are metActively supervises the use of confidential member information to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality as established under HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)About you:High school diploma and a minimum of 1 years' related experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and multitasking skillsMedical/well-being office experience with a strong emphasis in customer service, computer skills and phonesCompensation and benefits:At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
