People Ops Specialist: Scale Onboarding & HRIS Systems

DensityAI, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone as we scale. You’ll own onboarding at volume, maintain Rippling as the system of record, and manage benefits and compliance with our PEO. You’ll produce regular headcount, attrition, and cost reports, and support payroll inputs for planning. With 3+ years in People Operations at a scaling company, you’ll drive automated processes, ensure data accuracy, and partner with legal and finance to keep payroll and #J-18808-Ljbffr DensityAI, Inc.
