People Operations Leader — HRIS, Immigration & Analytics
Odyssey
Odyssey, a Palo Alto-based AI lab, is seeking a People Operations Partner to own HRIS systems, immigration programs, and analytics at scale. You will lead end-to-end HRIS implementations, build leadership dashboards, ensure multi-state compliance, and drive onboarding, development and retention programs to accelerate growth. This hands-on role requires collaborating with IT/Engineering and outside counsel to shape robust people systems for a fast-evolving company. #J-18808-Ljbffr Odyssey
