- Position: Bilingual Front Desk / Office
- Languages: English & Spanish (Fluent)
- Industry: Towing Services
Core Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, verify vehicle ownership, and explain release requirements. Answering calls
- Taking payments, handling money and issue receipts.
- Maintain vehicle release logs, update digital files, and manage daily office paperwork. Basic computer literacy and comfort with multi-line phone systems. Other duties as assigned
