What You'll Do

• Assist surgeons during various procedures, including wound cauterization, suturing, and vessel management
• Position patients for optimal surgical access and safety
• Perform or assist with suturing, hemostasis, and patient stabilization
• Support operating room activities, including cleaning, draping, and instrument handling
• Maintain meticulous documentation in EPIC charting system
• Provide surgical first assist coverage and support medical-surgical floor care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management

What You Need

• Active NY State License
• Valid BLS, ACLS, ATLS certifications
• At least 2 years of recent surgical or first assist experience
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality
