Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions as well as couple and family therapy sessions, addressing a diverse range of issues.
\n
• Identify and implement therapeutic techniques tailored to clients dealing with issues such as mental health disorders, grief, family conflicts, and communication barriers.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients in navigating difficult transitions, including separation or divorce, blend family dynamics, and job-related stress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan that encompasses both mental and physical health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve providing care to a diverse patient population, including:

• Couples seeking to strengthen their relationships or navigate conflicts.
\n
• Families coping with systemic issues, such as those arising from blended families or communication difficulties.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• A current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n

Preferred Experience\n
