Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients needing support in navigating relationship issues, family conflicts, and personal struggles.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Encourage open communication and effective conflict resolution techniques between clients to facilitate healthier relationships.

• Document client progress, treatment outcomes, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular supervision and consultative meetings with other mental health professionals to enhance service delivery and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical practices in all client interactions and documentation.

• Utilize telehealth tools to ensure clients receive therapy in a comfortable and accessible manner, making adjustments based on client feedback and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
