Job Description
Title: RN - OR

Schedule:
- Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Shift: 06:30-19:00

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- KS RN license
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- 2+ years of experience
- Level 1 trauma experience
- Strong scrub experience
- Familiarity with DaVinci robot cases, large head and neck cases, neuro spine, and ex lap cases

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in the operating room during surgical procedures.
- Assist the surgical team in various capacities to ensure patient safety and effective care.
- Manage surgical instruments and equipment with precision.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout the surgical process.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation: Mon-Tues new employee orientation; Wed-Fri nursing orientation offered every week in the summer.
- Nicotine-free facility
- Bi-weekly pay
- 8-hour no-bill orientation
- On-call required, up to 6 shifts per 13-week contract
- Holiday coverage required if it falls on set scheduled days.
