Optum Home & Community Care seeks a Telehealth Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for remote, part-time coverage (20 hours weekly). You will provide telephonic/telehealth care, coordinate with caregivers, facilities, and PCPs, and document encounters in the EMR. Requires CT or RI NP license, MSN/DNP, board certification, and DEA eligibility. Shift coverage includes evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This role offers the flexibility to work from home across the U.S., with opportunities to #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
