Location: On-site, Cuyahoga Heights, OH, 44125 Pay: $32/hour Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00AM- 5:00PM Length: 6 month Contract **(contract ends at 6- months)

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and talent management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data, maintain accurate and comprehensive records, analyze and organize information, prioritize multiple projects, and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills are essential.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, or talent management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and data management capabilities
• Effective project management and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in union environments
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS tools such as UKG
• Knowledge of grants management and compliance
• Previous experience with public sector or utilities organizations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• At least 3 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, training, or benefits
• Exposure to union and non-union HR practices

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Background check and drug screening required
