Key Responsibilities

• Build a strong, trusting rapport with patients to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to diagnose mental health disorders, developing treatment plans that reflect the individual needs of each patient.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to provide impactful counseling and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments.
• Lead group therapy sessions that foster community support and collective healing.
• Perform thorough assessments of patients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly to promote successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to refer clients to specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.
• Actively engage in professional development activities to stay current on best practices in therapy and mental healthcare.
• Document patient progress in compliance with organizational protocols, ensuring thorough and accurate records are maintained.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and support clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
