This position is designed to be entirely remote, offering the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients across Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients’ therapeutic needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using advanced telehealth technology, creating a safe and supportive virtual environment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health disorders, relationship challenges, and divorce-related issues, fostering positive outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team through regular meetings to strategize on complex cases, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Document all clinical notes accurately and efficiently in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to maintain compliance and support continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring that clients have access to immediate support and resources.

• Educate families on techniques for improving communication, setting boundaries, and coping strategies that facilitate growth and understanding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at iWant Wellness, you will mostly serve clients from various backgrounds dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. Our focus is on empowering clients through personalized care, ensuring they feel heard and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.
\n
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure).

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, working with diverse populations.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association is preferred.
\n
• Strong clinical skills in individual and group therapy, with a solid understanding of family systems theory.

• Proficiency with electronic health record systems, ensuring accuracy in clinical documentation.

• Experience in crisis intervention and managing acute psychiatric conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
