We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work .
If you’re tired of sloppy installs, poor planning, or being rushed through jobs without support, this is a different environment.
We focus on doing the job right the first time , maintaining strong standards, and supporting our installers in the field.
What You’ll Do
Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, package units, ductwork)
Replace existing systems safely and efficiently
Install and modify ductwork, venting, and system components
Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards
Keep job sites clean and organized
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
Complete job documentation accurately

Pay & Compensation
$30–$40+/hour (based on experience)
Performance-based bonuses on completed installs

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
Strong understanding of installation practices and code
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, bend, and work in tight or hot spaces
Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
