What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services
• Collaborate with Neonatologists to develop and implement patient care plans
• Support delivery coverage and neonatal stabilization
• Participate in daily rounds and emergency responses in inpatient units
• Work a flexible schedule with 12- and 24-hour shift options
• Contribute to neonatal health and welfare across multiple NICU levels in the Phoenix area
• Engage in communal team efforts to improve patient care and outcomes

What You Need

• Valid Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of NNP experience (highly preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
