Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ challenges and develop effective, individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs.

• Deliver individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to promote personal growth and well-being, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed care.

• Establish and regularly evaluate therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, ensuring ongoing monitoring of their progress and adjustment of treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide options for teletherapy, enhancing confidentiality and accessibility for clients who may require flexible arrangements.

• Maintain up-to-date, accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, upholding the ethical standards of practice.

• Engage in professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving a diverse client population including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state-issued license in mental health counseling, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport building with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of balancing a caseload of clients while managing documentation efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor's degree is required, candidates with a Master's or doctoral degree in mental health-related fields, along with prior clinical experience, are highly preferred. Proficiency in telehealth platforms and previous experience providing virtual therapy will be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
