Commercial Leasing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Leasing Administrator to support a busy, Long Island-based commercial real estate leasing and asset management team. This person will play a key role in managing lease data, reporting, internal coordination, and day-to-day leasing operations. What You’ll Do: Prepare, enter, and track lease transactions within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Generate and maintain lease abstracts and assist with recurring and ad hoc leasing reports. Process broker invoices and track reimbursable expenses. Coordinate with Leasing and Construction teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders across departments. Maintain organized lease documentation and records. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement new technology and AI-driven tools. Who You Are: 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. Experience with commercial lease agreements, including industrial and office leases, is required. Strong understanding of commercial leasing terminology preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comfortable learning and utilizing new technology platforms and tools. Salary: $60,0000 - $70,000 base salary + benefits & annual bonus.
