Commercial Leasing Manager – Queens, NY Full‑time position, 4 days onsite, 1 day work‑from‑home. At our rapidly expanding Real Estate Management firm, the Commercial Leasing Manager oversees rental operations for a diverse portfolio including retail, restaurant, and office spaces. The ideal candidate excels in high‑touch customer service and high‑volume environments. Key Responsibilities Oversee the lease administration process, including negotiation, execution, renewal, and termination of leases. Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties such as office spaces, retail outlets, and shopping centers. Conduct CAM reconciliations, tenant bill backs, and water back billing calculations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Utilize industry‑specific software (Yardi, MRI, CommercialCafe) for efficient portfolio management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with the accounting team for accurate and timely financial reporting. Identify and implement strategies to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies. Stay updated with latest market trends and industry standards to maintain competitiveness. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of commercial leasing management experience, preferably in Accounting and Finance. Proven expertise in lease administration, portfolio management, and CAM reconciliations. Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, and CommercialCafe. Strong understanding of water back billing calculations, tenant bill backs. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain tenant relationships. Strong financial acumen and collaborative working with accounting teams. Proactive problem‑solving and strategic thinking to maximize income and minimize vacancies. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Benefits Competitive base salary $90,000–$110,000 per year.
