Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Commercial Leasing Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, and shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lease administration, portfolio management, CAM reconciliations, and possess excellent knowledge of industry-specific software such as Yardi, MRI, and CommercialCafe.
Responsibilities: As a Permanent Commercial Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for: 1. Overseeing the lease administration process, including negotiation and execution of leases, lease renewals, and terminations.
2. Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail outlets, and shopping centers.
3. Conducting CAM reconciliations, tenant bill backs, and water back billing calculations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
4. Utilizing industry-specific software such as Yardi, MRI, and CommercialCafe for efficient portfolio management.
5. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
6. Coordinating with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
7. Identifying and implementing strategies to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies.
8. Staying updated with the latest market trends and industry standards to maintain competitiveness. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial leasing management, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proven expertise in lease administration, portfolio management, and CAM reconciliations.
3. Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as Yardi, MRI, and CommercialCafe.
4. Strong understanding of water back billing calculations, tenant bill backs, and bill backs.
5. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
6. Strong financial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively with the accounting team.
7. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement strategies to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies.
8. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
